Insofar as we obtain consent for the processing of your personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) DSGVO serves as the legal basis for data processing.
Insofar as your personal data are processed because this is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract or within the framework of a contract-like relationship with you, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO serves as the legal basis for data processing.
Insofar as we process your personal data to fulfill a legal obligation, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) DSGVO serves as the legal basis for data processing.
Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO may also be used as a legal basis for data processing if the processing of your personal data is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and your interests, fundamental rights and freedoms do not require the protection of personal data.
Within the framework of this data protection declaration, we always point out the legal basis on which we base the processing of your personal data.

3. Analysis program
The anonymized data are evaluated and analyzed by e-tracker (www.etracker.com), an analysis program. e-tracker GmbH is located at: Erste Brunnenstraße 1, 20459 Hamburg. The contact details can be found at e-mail, telephone, fax, etc. can be found at www.etracker.com/impressum. Information on the use, evaluation, etc. of personal data by e-tracker can be found at www.etracker.com/datenschutz.
We use e-tracker’s offers to evaluate and analyze usage processes of our website. The provider summarizes these analysis data for us and assigns meaningful categories to the data. The analysis data are stored and evaluated on servers located in Germany. Your data will not be sent abroad.
Personal or anonymized data are analyzed and evaluated by e-tracker on the basis of the purposes mentioned under I. 1 above.
The analysis and evaluation of personal or anonymized data by e-tracker takes place on the basis of the purposes mentioned in I. 1. above. We believe that due to the protective measures taken (anonymisation and the possibility of objection) data processing for the optimization of our online offer is to be regarded as a legitimate interest in data processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO.

9. Integration of services and content of third parties
a) Youtube
We include videos from youtube.com. By the inclusion, the provider of this service receives the same information as we do when you visit our pages. In addition, it receives the information that it was called up through our site. Youtube, however, does not receive these data until an included video is viewed. We do not know the specifics on the extent to which these data are collected and processed, in particular for advertising purposes, and stored by servers abroad.  For the scope of data processing by the service, we therefore refer you to their privacy policy. The service on de.youtube.com is provided by Youtube LLC, 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, United States.
The integration of YouTube serves for a better presentation of our company also in favour of better traceability for our customers. The legal basis for the integration is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO.

b) Google Maps
This website uses the map service Google Maps via API to display maps and create itineraries. This service is provided by Google LLC, Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States. By using this website, you agree to the collection, processing and use of the data collected automatically as well as the data entered by you, by Google and any of its agents or third parties.

Furthermore, we use a link to LinkedIn.
If you use the link, you get to our company’s profile on LinkedIn. By this, LinkedIn receives information about your previous visit to our website.
